Kalimbas are reed instruments that originate in southern Africa and can be found there in countless shapes and designs. Our Kalimba B9 is carefully handcrafted in Germany from solid American cherry. The surfaces are treated with vegetable oils and waxes and polished.

The Kalimba B9 electric model is equipped with a piezo pickup and a 6.35 mm jack socket. This allows direct sound pickup on the instrument without an additional microphone.
