Zenko is a tongue drum designed and manufactured by Metalsounds. This melodic percussion instrument is the result of extensive research and development by the Metalsounds team in collaboration with scientists and experts from the metal industry. All requirements were carefully studied: the raw material (stainless steel), the cutting technique, the assembly, the finishing... And the result is certainly impressive!

The sound of the Zenko is soft and spreads out smoothly in waves. Its harmonic variety is evidence of a flawless and reliable tuning process. You can play it by hand or with a mallet (included in delivery); different sounds are produced depending on the playing style.

The C-Pentanic tuning has 5 repeating notes (CDEGA). The A3 is in the center as a supporting bass note. This pentatonic scale is easy to play, fits well with other instruments and can be played by beginners to experienced musicians, either as an accompaniment or as the main melody!

The Zenko can also be played standing up, on a stand. There is a threaded hole on the bottom for attaching a changeable and foldable stand, an indispensable accessory for even more flexibility.
